Manufacture processing

1. Prepare raw material.
2. Press and measure steel sheet to be completely flat.
3.Cut steel sheets in a accurately size and punch necessary holes or shapes on it.
4. Bend the steel sheet to have an edge or side.
5. Welding holders to keep products more stable and have higher-capacity.
6. Acid washing every product, then rust-proof, static power coating and drying
7. QC
8. packing.

Experience staff will pack your product piece by piece with Inner packing:
(1). Inner packing: playfoam and pearl-cotton.
(2). Outer packing: 5 layer carton.
We make sure that all our furniture is packaged properly to withstand even the longest journey. And we accepted to add stiff paper
to protect each concern of the products.

A:We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes to meet your exact requirements.

Q10. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:The MOQ is 3 , but you can mix different items to fulfill containers.

Q11. How long is the Production Lead Time?
A:15-25 days after receiving your  deposit.

Q12. What’s your payment term?
A:50% deposit in advance + 50% balance before loading the material in our factory, all by T/T.
